If a panel is dented beyond repair, add the cost of the part. Scratches that do not go deeper than the clear coat, including paint transfer from a pole, buff out at $50 a panel.

Will my paint match?

Yes. A color code is extracted from your car, five variants are mixed and sprayed onto test cards, and the cards are compared against your panel until one matches exactly. Color varies with age, oxidation, sun fade and even which factory painted the panel originally, which is why one code alone is not enough.

Do you work with my insurance?

We work with every insurance company. We deal with the adjuster directly and keep the repair inside your policy guidelines, so you do not come out of pocket on anything over your deductible.

What if insurance will not cover a rental?

Take one of our loaner cars instead, free with your repair. If you would rather have the rental, it runs about $30 a day out of pocket, and we will drive you to Enterprise or Hertz so you do not need to bring a second driver.

We take it up with your insurer

We work directly with your insurance to keep the repair inside your policy guidelines. If the other driver was at fault, their insurance is required to cover your rental.

You leave with a loaner

Drop your car off and take a loaner car with you. If you would rather use the insurance rental, we drive you to Enterprise or Hertz so you do not need a second driver.

Updates arrive by text

You get a message at each repair milestone. Prefer not to get texts? We will call you every few days instead.

Detailed, then handed back

Your technician signs the work, we clean the car inside and out, and we can deliver it to you if picking it up is difficult.

My daughter had been rear-ended on the freeway. Elite Auto Collision Repair gave us the best bid for repairs. It did take longer than first anticipated but there was additional damage that they did mention could happen. Overall very satisfied with the work. The car looks great and they even did a full detail inside and out before I picked the car up.
